In addition to my car looking good as new, I really appreciated how communicative Renew was on their repair progress. I received updates every few days + a heads up on the pickup time slightly changing with enough notice to work my schedule around it. They waited for me as the last customer of the day on a Friday evening to pick up my car rather than have me wait til Monday and rack up more charges on my rental car. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!
