I have visited 10 different body shops before deciding with Renew Collision. There were some shops that offered similar pricing. However, I chose Renew Collision because it was the only place that gave me an estimate through email, even noticing that my tire caps need to be replaced. This was the only place that noticed this, by the way. However, what truly made me choose this place is the customer service and swift response time. All my questions were answered in such a clear manner. I don't know anything about cars, but Arthur explained everything to me very thoroughly. He was also very patient with me when my credit card did not go through a couple of times. I loved interacting with everyone and will recommend this place to anyone who needs their cars to be repaired. Thank you once again!
