I chose to have my truck worked on by Richard karr because I ignorantly assumed that a gmc dealership would be overqualified to repair my truck to a proper state. I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Richard karr motors and I’ll never be back, even if you offer to fix my truck correctly. I don’t believe you folks have what it takes or you would’ve done it right before you handed me the keys.

They had no problem handing me the keys on an incomplete vehicle. Also tried to convince me to paying for parts out of pocket on an insurance claim.
