Initially I was given an approximate repair time of time weeks but have to allow for another 6 days due to the holidays. At the end of that time, I called to check on my car and was told it should be ready next week. I was told 3 times it would be ready the next week. My issue is that I was always the one who had to call, no one bothered to call me and give me the status. Good customer service is good for business.

Great Customer Service! I got my car back when they told me it would be ready looks good,drives good had trouble with my battery and Jarred came and jumped me off and replaced my battery. Really good people I would highly recommend them. Thank you all so much

I am MORE than satisfied. The extensive repairs were done perfectly, and quickly. Richey's went well out of their way to repair my car. They also sent it for a wheel alignment, where a fractured tie rod was found and replaced. Had this NOT been done, my life may have been at risk. I can only highly recommend this shop.

Always respectful and kept me informed. I did have an issue with the blind spot detector that I think was just unfixable. Richy's even paid for Toyota to fix it after they couldn't and both could not do it. I appreciate the effort!
