A little confused on why they didn't replace the passenger rear part. It has the white damage still on it. But the service was great.

Great people who do great work. I have had the pleasure of doing business with them twice recently for accident repairs on our company vehicles and couldn't be more satisfied. Not only does the vehicle look brand new but they don't waste any time getting parts ordered and repairs done ASAP. Anytime I called for a status update Miss Valerie was always Pleasant to speak with and David Richey was awesome and explaining to me how the repairs would be done and what repairs would be needed. There were some problems that caused some delays, I was informed before hand what was going on that was causing these delays. I was completely satisfied with the way everything was handled and the car looked great also. I have already expressed to my friends that Richey’s is the place to take your car.
