I am very thankful for the service I received from the very first day till the last. This was the easiest process for me ( I am a widow) so I’m not use to taking care of these things.. these guys made it very easy. When I picked up my car , not only did it look brand new.. it was sooo clean in the inside.. I was not expecting that.. I would like to give a huge thank you to them!!

Car was brought in on 3/20. Was told it would take 7 days to complete. I was not notified until 4/12 the car was finished. I spoke w mgr on 4/12 and 4/15 asking if passenger side door dents and bb marks were completed as we mutually agreed would be done when car was estimated and dropped off. He gave me full assurance on both days everything was completed as per our mutual agreement. When I picked up the car 4/16 the passenger side was never touched. I sent a text w the pics and received no response. I spoke w the mgr on Mon 4/17 and he admitted it was his mistake for not addressing the issue when I had spoke w him earlier in the week. He said all he could do was give me an estimate for the right side. I never heard from him again. I spoke w my insurance agent about this incident who also called him. He again told my agent was completely his mistake and he would get back w me. I have yet to hear anything about fixing the problem caused by the mgr. I have never been treated with such unprofessional and broken assurance by a merchant. At this point I would never recommend to another customer to get their auto work done here since their word absolutely means nothing to their customer. I feel extremely taken advantage of and mistreated at this point by this auto body shop.

Excellent job on my truck. Paint was matched beyond belief. It is exact. Richey's was quick to get on the repair and it was completed quickly. Very pleased and will use them again. I would recommend them if you want your vehicle to look like new.

I wish they had reached out to me after 3 weeks and explained the delays. I called them and they were able to give me statuses as in waiting on parts, or in paint shop, other than the no proactive updates they were great.
