This is the 4th time over 10-15 years that my wife and I have needed body work as a result of accidents (always been the other driver’s fault, BTW! LOL). Not only has Richmond done the absolute best work, but their ability to complete the job in the most expeditious manner is second to none. Compound all of that with the best customer service interaction in the business and you have a recipe for the absolute best in the business. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else, no matter what the circumstances.
