The bodyshop did an outstanding job BUT the bodyshop nor NJM tell me I had to pay 2 deductibles. I have been an OUSTANDING customer to NJM for 20years and there's NO LOYALTY for customers. VERY disappointed in NJM.

The repairs were delayed due to long wait for parts from Honda. However, once the last part arrived Rich’s Automotive crew did everything possible to repair my car as quick as possible. I picked my car on April 10, 2024. It looks and drives like new! I am very happy with repairs and would recommend Rich’s Automotive to anybody that needs it!

I am very happy with repairs done by Rich’s Automotive. Initially delay in repair was due to Honda/manufacturer was extremely slow sending all necessary parts. Once they had all the part they repaired my car quickly. They washed, waxed and polished my car, it looks brand new. I am very happy with repair and would recommend Rich’s Automotive to anybody that needs car repair❗️
