They guided me thru the process and told me exactly what needed to be done and updated me when necessary. I am still awaiting 2 rear somethings and they will call me when it is in. They are super nice people

Everyone was so nice. There were some delays with parts which is totally understandable and unexpected but I would have appreciated more updates about the change in completion date. I would highly recommend this shop

Rich’s was a great experience. They kept me informed at all times regarding the repair of my car! Everyone so pleasant to deal with! The work was amazing! Fixed my car back to the original look!! Would highly recommend their services for any repair work needed on your car!!!
