Rich's was very friendly and knowledgable, which I knew going in after reading their online reviews. Upon picking up my car, the repair looked fantastic and the car was clean.

Communication was great. Upon calling the first day after drop-off to check the status on the car, I found out that they needed an extra two days to finish the repair so good thing I called to confirm since originally I was told it would be a one-day service. But other than that, the service they provided was genuine and I was very pleased with the friendliness from everyone who works there.
