Rick’s was great about letting me keep my car there a few extra days until I was able to pick it up. The people in the office were very friendly and felt very inviting and safe. I do think it is ridiculous that in this day and age they charge a fee to pay for repairs with a credit or debit card. When I picked up my vehicle it was a day they were closed. My battery was completely dead. Thankfully my friend who dropped me off hadn’t left yet and was able to jump me however my battery has never once given me issues and the vehicle only sat for two days. The brakes were also stuck when I pulled out of Ricks which has also never been an issue. While they fixed the damage I felt like o drove away with issues with my vehicle I didn’t have when I brought it there.
