Rick’s Collision has the best customer service and the nicest people. They are excellent in their communication to the customer. Not only their customer service, but their work product had my vehicle looking brand new. When I went to pick up my vehicle after my repair, it looked like a brand new vehicle right off a dealership lot. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone!

The repair work was done on time. It was also done so well you wouldn’t know there had been any damage. This business has the most friendliest people working there. I highly recommend any repair work to be done here. They also listened and answered any questions and were also a big help with tips about the car rental

my car looked great when i got it back except, my blind spot mirror is completely buffed out on the side that was being worked on. i called and informed Ricks and brought my car in for them to look at it and was told “i don’t know how that could’ve happened” when it was not there when i brought my car in. it seemed like the employee didn’t believe me and i felt brushed off as he said he would get ahold of Rick and never called me back.
