Though there was a long wait to get started (3 months), we got in as scheduled. We anticipated delays once the work was started, just wished we were kept up to date. Other than that, the folks are extremely courteous and completed on time.

The only way I would recommend this shop is tell them to only deal with Rick. Since he is the only one that acts like he cares about anything.

The body repair looks good but the bad experience picking the vehicle up. The vehicle didn’t make it off of the lot and all kinds of lights came on. The fact that I was told the vehicle had been test drove was a lie. If it was drove all of the warning lights displaying on the dash was on because the TCM module hadn’t been programmed correctly by the dealership.
