Car was not completely fixed. Chrome piece around headlight was not fixed. Used a paint pen on rock chips and looks worse than the chips. Not sure what was actually fixed on it for the whole front end to be taken off.

Girl at front is friendly, but job was to take 4.6 hours and they had 4 days a courtesy call would of been nice. This is the second time car has been there and job has taken way longer.

There are a few items that need to be addressed with my vehicle. My husband planned to bring it on Monday, June 9th but was advised to wait until Wednesday. We were unable to do so. On the right fender well- a piece was not replaced Door lock on passenger door does not work. Fog lights do not work Battery died and had to be replaced The vehicle pulls to the right There is a shake in the steering wheel The fan motor on the heater is making a noise. Vibration on the floor

Great experience. Would not go anywhere else. In fact, winter must have been hard on cars this year and there was a long wait, which is understandable because Rick does a great job. I could have taken my car elsewhere and gotten in a little sooner but chose to wait because they are the best and worth the wait
