Either the wrong grille (chrome color) was ordered and painted or the painter made a mistake and didn’t realize my grille is only supposed to have paint around the boarder.

The body damage to the vehicle looks great! Clearly no one looked into the mechanical side of things, my engine fan immediately after starting my car stays running and LOUDLY. The gage to engine temp stays on C, I now no longer have A/C. So you kept my vehicle 2 weeks longer than quoted for, to not look into the possibility of damage under the hood?

Rick’s Collision is by far the best place to get any repairs done. The only reason I gave a 9 is because there was an issue with an order for my part, and it took a while to come in. Although, Rick was very helpful in scheduling me fast and getting the part ordered! They even detailed my truck and I picked it up cleaned inside and out smelling fresh! The staff is easy to contact and speak with and always are able to assist with anything.
