The hardest part was when I was making the initial contact by phone. From that point on exchanges were pleasant. Any time when leaving a message, someone called back with in the hour. Initial contact: it is helpful to know how to turn onto the road where Rinehimer's is located. Coming over the hill there is an immediate left or right depending which direction you headed. driving
