My car was repaired well and customer service was great with keeping me updated and answering calls. However due to the repairs being covered by someone else’s insurance my car was repaired with aftermarket parts and some of them were not the correct specific parts that were necessary for my car to function to its fullest extent.

I truly appreciated his consistent, clear communication and his commitment to ensuring I was taken care of every step of the way. I never had a question or concern because he was always thorough and proactive. Luis is truly a gem. I would gladly return to this shop because of him. Johnny also made the pickup process quick and easy, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this shop.
