Though repairs were made over the Thanksgiving holiday, everything pretty much stayed on schedule. Edward (working with Farmers) was great with communicating to me when everything would be completed. The guys that actually did the body & paint work did an awesome job! My Jeep looks brand new! AND I was soooo excited to get it back cleaned AND detailed!! It looks great!

After dropping my car off at the body shop, I was told I would receive a call the next day going over what would need to be done, etc. I never received a call. After three days of my car being in the shop, I called (which I feel I shouldn't have had to do) and spoke with an employee about the status of my car. I was told I would be emailed an estimate of the work to be done, and that was never done. I was told the shop was waiting for a part to come in, and if it came in by a certain date, my car would be ready on a specific date. I asked the employee to call me and let me know if the part comes in, and I never received a call. I repeatedly had to be the one to call and check on the status of my vehicle. When I came to pick up my vehicle, no one walked me to my car to go over the repairs. I immediately noticed mud flaps were not put back on my car. This tells me there was not a quality check done before returning my car to me. Had someone at the body shop done so, they wouldn't have tried to give me my car back with parts missing. The employee I dealt with acted as if it were a chore to talk to me. After voicing my dissatisfaction, I was told mud flaps for my vehicle would be purchased and the shop would put them on free of charge. I was called a few days later and the employee put the new mud flaps on my car.
