Luis' self respect and proficiency allowed him to show me respect. He is capable and takes pride in his work and able to explain procedures in an easily understandable and respectable manner. On the day I was to return the rental, it was Luis who stepped in to assist when the rental compqny was unable to find a workable solution for all the parties. The level of service provided by Luis and Sebastian is commendable....and hopefully exists throughout the organization. Thank you!
