Jordan was the best! He was professional, responsive, and incredibly effective in handling everything related to my car, the insurance company, and keeping me informed throughout the process. He even went above and beyond by helping me recover funds I had been charged through no fault of my own, even after I had already picked up my vehicle. He absolutely did not have to do that, but he did, and I truly appreciated it.
