Friendly but had to call several time to get updates on if there available to fix car. When rep stated would call me back with updates but never did get back to me I had to call rep back multiple times. I also didn’t go with them because of it.

Job was done quicker than expected, I received regular communication on the progress and the work was very professional. My truck looked beautiful. I was also informed of unrelated work that should be done on my truck by a mechanic to keep it running safely. I feel Roberts Auto Body went above and beyond to repair my truck and to take care of me as a customer. Thank you!

They not only did an excellent repair job but found ways to increase efficiency and also informed me of any problems they found with my vehicle that were unrelated to the claim job and gave me the name of a reliable mechanic to use.

Although the job was perfection I asked for a computer readout. I was told my car was my receipt. I am so impressed with your business but confused on why I couldn’t have a receipt. I want one please.

Still found large pieces of glass in car! Main issue, drivers rear passenger window does not work,, maybe a loose electrical connection from front replacement door
