I appreciated the updates. I of course would have liked to have my car sooner, and the cost of repairs was more than double what the Romeo Ford service center quoted, but it looks like I got a very nice set of repairs. Hopefully the higher cost of repairs doesn't hit my premium harder! Everyone was very nice and professional. Glad to have my baby back.

I cannot praise Rob’s Prestige enough. Ten out of f ten hardly does it justice. My damaged car was returned to me like new. No, better than new. Rob’s auto body technicians are true artists. Praise, too, to the office staff (shout-out to Caroline and Dyanna) who were beyond friendly and caring, and kept me abreast of the repair’s progress every step of the way.
