Everyone at Prestige Auto was wonderful. From the moment I dropped off my car, I received a very enthusiastic welcome. I was kept updated throughout the entire process of my car getting fixed. When I came to pick up my car, I was again, received with a very warm welcome. They made sure to go over everything with me and any questions or concerns I had in detail. On top of great customer service, they even detailed my car inside and out which I was not expecting. They did a fabulous job. It was so nice to pick up my car fully fixed and clean to boot! It was one of the best, most thorough experiences I ever had had an auto body shop or anywhere for that matter. I will definitely recommend Prestige Auto to anybody I know who is looking for a professional job along with an experienced and kind staff who go the extra mile for their customers. The professionalism at your shop was exemplary. The communication that I had with Carly was wonderful. She kept me up-to-date. I didn’t stress about what was going on and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with car repair, especially being a single woman, and always always feeling like I’m kind of getting taken advantage of or not respected, I felt really really happy every step of the way and my car looks great !
