I emailed asking for a copy of what I had signed while dropping the car off. I never received a response. Updates were sporadic. I was told I would hear something again at the end of the week and then did not. Of all the updates, I was never informed the car was going to be towed to another shop, I had to find this out because I received an email stating Geico received my road side assistance request. So I had to call them and figure out what that was since I had no idea the car was leaving the shop I left it at and of course I wasn't in possession of the car. Original price ended up being over 2x less than what they ended up charging.

The customer service was amazing. Caroline Telesco was very kind and understanding and hept me updated. Dyanna Sanchez was very knowledgeable and showed me all parts that were replaced. The technicians and all repair shop employees returned my vehicle in pristine condition. I would recommend Rob’s Prestige Auto Body in a heartbeat.

Prestige did all the needed connections to pick up my car and bring it to their shop on Route 44 in Poughkeepsie. I was treated very well by all the personnel in the office. They kept me well informed about the progress in repairing my car. The repair was promptly done. I am very pleased with the body work to repair the accident’s damage. My car looks like a new car!
