I have had multiple vehicles repaired at Rochester Collision and have been very satisfied with their work. Again, it is too easy to point fingers as to who needed to do what. Neverthelss, I would use their service again, but hopefully never again for a collision.

Really unsure of the driveability of the vehicle. The steering mechanism seems really tight and I am uncomfortable in what to expect in the future with this leased car.

Given the extent of the damage to the car and the unavailability of parts, I think the repair shop's personnel did about all that might have been done to repair the damage.
