There were many delays between the insurance company and Rock Collision. My truck sat for over a month without being worked on. Then there were delays on the back end too. I was without my truck for three months.

Did not seem to be able to deal with Progressive Insurance. Still not sure if it was an insurance issues or a Rock Collision issue. Most likely a combination.

Repairs were done to standard. However truck was quickly wiped down, looked dusty, and fuel was on E when returned. I think between moving the truck to sister location and movement in and out of the shop nobody thought it a good idea to at least put enough fuel in it so the light wasn't on. Just gave a very poor customer service feel after waiting 3 months for my vehicle. I was excited to finally drive off with the vehicle and first thing is the fuel lights on with less than 27 miles till empty.

I had to facilitate movement between the insurance company and Rock Collision. Also when I stopped by to check on the status they were "just going to give me the truck". Truck was dusty from sitting in the back lot for an unknown length of time.

Door won't shut all the way. It rattles with what sounds like glass in the door. The windows no longer work. The key wont open the new door. There is a large scratch on the top of the car. The speaker doesn't sound like the aftermarket speaker. Literally the worst workmanship I have ever seen.

We brought our Buick in with front end damage and an insurance approval. The team listened to us, did a teardown and we agreed on a price which was lower than we expected. We were notified daily of the progress and they completed the job early then surprised us by going beyond our expectations. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend.
