I realize in light of recent storms that caused hail damage to vehicles in the area that your business was slammed with extremely high volume of business. As a customer I , I’m sure not all, take that into consideration with insurance claims. it’s stressful for everyone businesses and customers alike. We should all be patient with one another. With that said everyone at Rock Collision I’m not sure of the woman that is at the front desk, but also Brad were extremely courteous, professional, and very pleasant. Such respectful and friendly service. I’m appreciative of the way they interact with customers. I wish you all the best and I hope I never have to use Rock Collision again, lol. But if I do, I know this is the place to go. just FYI, I plan to do a Google review as well.
