Motor was put in new starter I didn’t see if I was but with in 2 days thermostat over heat a was leaking from housing bad starter locked up and left me stranded for 4 hours nobody even offered to come help me because insurance called for wrecker and did get car till next afternoon which was Friday so left me without vehicle all weekend again not happen motor looks terrible very dirty and just looked like it was pullled from a car and just put right into mine without being checked not acceptable to me for the hey were payed for the car in repairs is not satisfactory for me because it didn’t last even 2 days and already back in shop I’m not accepting car till it’s all gone through and done right

Brad was amazing!!!! Charla made me feel very unwanted. She made me feel like I wouldn't take care of the balance between my lean holder and myself being named on the check from the insurance company. She lied and said that she spoke with my lien holders at 9esh, but they are in a different time zone than we are. When I called her out on it, she then said I was right. She said she spoke to my adjuster, who said they never spoke. I am a senior project manager, and I would NEVER TREAT ANY OF OUR CONSUMERS THAT WAY. I make them feel wanted; I make them feel like their voices are being heard. I strongly suggest getting someone new because this will be their downfall again. BRAD WAS AMAZING, AMD. HE deserves a pay increase for his hospitality, warmth, understanding, charisma!!! If I could just rate him and the work I'll give a five The 1 is solely because of the front office lady

Excellent service and communication. They were very professional. I will definitely be telling friends and family about the work done and the consistency in letting me know just exactly what is going on with my vehicle. I dont think I went 72 hrs without knowing what stage on repair my vehicle was in.

Extremely great customer service. Not only where they amazing with their communication, they completely resolved my repairs in a timely manner and did great work. Once I received my truck by in better condition thatn before the accident, I took my wife's car in for an estimate for some minor repairs, and they washed it for her while it was in there. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends and family as well as co-workers, and any strangers I here asking for good repair shops!

Rock Collision has the best employees, The lady (sorry I dont know her name) at the main desk is very helpful and nice. Brad kept me informed as to the status of my car. Also he took care of everything he could as quickly as he could. The Auto techinsion in the shop did a very good job on my car - Thankyou
