I really can’t say enough good things about my experience with Rock. The repairs were finished quickly. The staff was friendly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Rueben was my point man and he called me 2-3 times (on top of the automated text messages) to personally make sure I was knew what was going on and let me know timing. He was very professional and personable. I truly appreciated the genuine, old-school customer service I got at Rock Collision. You don’t get that much anymore.

Great job! Fast, Friendly, & communicative from start to finish. Rueben was my point person throughout. He was great—professional and personable. Rock provided old-school customer service which is so rare these days. I almost give perfect scores for service ratings because even when it’s acceptable, or even good, it’s generally not an outstanding experience that would stand out in your mind. This was outstanding, and I’d highly recommend Rock Collision if you ever find yourself needing repairs after a collision.

Rock Collision gave an initial estimate of 2-4 weeks for our car to be repaired. They finished closer to the 2 week side and we were extremely satisfied with their work. Luckily, both parties of our insurance claim had State Farm so we could use Rock Collision for all of our vehicles that we needed repaired. The Prius is as good as new and I can’t thank them enough.
