I normally would give you a 10 but a part was left off my vehicle to which if not noticed, could have cost my financially if I had not noticed it missing and left my car out in the rain. Overall the work was very good, it is the missing of part of the vehicle.

Rods Collision did an excellent job repairing a Falcon door on my Tesla X. Although it took several weeks, they were upfront about the complicated nature of the job. Additionally, they handled the back and for with my insurance company to ensure there were no additional out of pocket expenses besides the deductible.
