The first repair presented to me was totally unacceptable. The bumper was not fitting the car in any way. When I pressed the bumper it had tremendous give and made a crackling sound every time it was pressed down. I actually had to bring the car back after I took it home because upon further inspection there were visible gaps between the body and the bumper i can see the clips that were used to attach the bumper to the car.

I felt when I asked direct questions,I did not get direct answers. I also felt there were gaps where I didn't know what was going on with respect to the work or lack of work being done on the vehicle. When dealing with the customer service representative, I felt I was getting sales talk instead of customer service attention. When I was presented with the first repair that was not acceptable I felt the customer service representative tried to downplay my concerns and brush them off. He also attempted to influence me to accept the work I knew was not up to par. Even after the production manager agreed to take the car back and " try " to address the problems, the customer service rep continued to try to tell me I didn't have grounds to send the vehicle back.
