Kane Batt did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of repairs and he ensured that the repairs were of top quality. When the after market bumper did not look good, he worked with my insurance company to get an OEM bumper authorized. Good job by all!

Mistakes were made, but you were willing to fix them. Even a scratch on the rear tail light that wasn't there to begin with.
