From drop off to pick up, everything was exceptional. Kevin explained what repairs were needed when he gave me the estimate. He also explained the process of dealing with the insurance and rental car companies. Leah answered questions I had about the amount of our deductible and methods of payment. We were kept informed constantly about the progress of the repairs to our vehicle via text message. When our car was ready, Leah called us and arranged for us to pick it up and drop off the rental car within the hour. E-Z-P-Z.
