It is my pleasure to complete this survey in reference to the outstanding professionals , and more so outstanding people , at Roger's Customs Repair. This has been the second vehicle that I put in their hands to restore some damage . Neither were insurance claims, it was my investment. So, I wanted to be certain the work would be done excellently , and meticulously. I found after the work completed on my Dodge Ram, that this shop is at the top of the field in auto body repair. And I have a deeper appreciation for the people and the work they do because I have sought their service multiple times now. The work that I've had done is factory type finish. Flawless in my assessment. Great detail and proficiency by every member involved with the repair job. True professional diagnosis, plan of attack for the repair, and swift completion. I could go on and on. Great people, great friendships I have made. Fantastic team members in the shop that absolutely know what they are doing, and do it extremely well!! They keep the customer updated throughout the process and when it comes time to pick up the vehicle they walk around the repaired area and describe what was done to make it look perfect again. Customer service should get an eleven. All work was explained at both drop off and pickup and my itemized work list was very transparent. No surprises. Kevin even took care of a small personal request to remove a part I didn’t want anymore on my truck. They also made the rental process a piece of cake for me

I can’t say enough about this place I’ve been coming here for years , but when I need body work done to my vehicles whether caused by myself or accident this place is top notch. From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted and taken care of. They walk you through step by step what they would do and how they’ll handle it and give some potential hazards if there were to be. Even picking up your car when it’s done they make sure your happy with the repair and walkthrough one on one what they did. Just amazing staff and place to do business.
