No. I didnt really notice it until i got home to closely inspect the vehicle. As i was in a hurry to drop off the rental. The bumper on the passenger side was popped out.. i only looked at the back of it. I did in fact take a picture of it. Other than that it looks beautiful. Can you please caal so i can have it brought in to be looked at. Thank you

The repair of my car was done appropriately. However, I requested an additional service of an inspection. I was told it could be done at the beginning of the process. I received a phone call three minutes before the shop closed and was told that that service could not be done. I was instructed to pick up my vehicle the next day, but I was going to be out of town, I was not notified earlier in the day that the service could not be completed. If I was then I would’ve made other arrangements . The lack of communication by the collision service office staff was poor. All of my questions regarding the inability to complete the service were unanswered or vaguely explained.

I am appreciative that you were able to complete the repairs before my "deadline". It's a one ton pickup with a 5th wheel hitch - and what it's used for cannot be handled by any little foreign car from a rental agency. Thank you for making everything work with my insurance company, and I'm very grateful that you were able to get the parts needed in a timely manner. The repair looks good.
