You folks were terrific. However, one annoying thing is that the door that was repaired didn't line up correctly. I had to come back and leave the car for a few hours to get it fixed. I know perfection is not achievable, but there were no apologies that I had to come back (40 min. driving) for your error.

The service was terrific. They kept me in the loop as far as how the repairs were proceeding. Very understanding and took time to answer questions. The only reason the rating isn't a "10" is because I had to return because the door they fixed was not aligned properly. Not a big deal, but it was 40 minutes out of my way and no apologies for their error.

Rt. 53 is the most awesome place! My 7 year old Pilot went in for repair and it came out looking like a new car! They did some minor touches ups that were not even related to the accident at no charge. Car washed on the outside and armorall used on the inside with cleaning of the dashboard and floor mats! I was planning on getting car detailed but now I don't have to. Staff go above and beyond for their customers with great communication. I highly recommend this shop.

I highly recommend Rt 53 Autobody to others and I will use again if need be. The staff are incredibly friendly and easy to work with. My Enterprise car rental was also coordinated with Route 53 and the insurance company which made the process so easy. I have been a longtime customer and I will not take my car anywhere else. The inside of the vehicle was also cleaned and polished including dashboard, steering wheel and front floor mats. My car really needed to have a detailed cleaning but when I picked it up they had already done it. My car looked brand new on the inside and outside. I couldn't have been happier

Joe and Frank replaced my rear bumpers, Hatch door and front end when I was rear ended waiting at a traffic stop. Their work was impeccable and my car looked BETTER than when I got it! They also helped me with my rental and ALL aspects of my claim. Joe was my main contact thru the process and gave me daily updates from start to finish. He treated me like a friend, not just a client! Frank and Joe and the Rt 53 team are the BEST!!
