The team took on the repair job, was proactive with the Insurance company, and despite being very busy this last week, had my vehicle ready in record time. This was the first time that I required body work, but not the first time I’ve stopped by the shop. Your team is always friendly and attentive and it is much appreciated. Unfortunately, my car has been rear-ended three times while I was at a full stop at a red light or stop sign. Route 66 is the third body shop I've worked with and I am so impressed not only with their work but with their customer service and warmth toward their customers. Out of the three body shop experiences I've had in this community, I would rate Route 66 #1

They went above and beyond. A piece of liner in the back of my SUV was cracked while they were working on my car. They advised me right away, ordered the part and installed it at my convenience. Super customer service and craftmanship.
