Royal did an incredible job on my vehicle. When we had questions about the bid, they explained it clearly and patiently. After the work, I cannot tell at all where the car was damaged previously/what was repainted. They also offered "white glove service" above and beyond! When I had to change the car seats from my rental car to my actual car at pick-up, they held an umbrella for me and helped me open doors. Excellent job done well by kind, honest, transparent people!

I’ve never had a better experience after a collision than at Royal Automotive. Every person I spoke with was so professional. The communication was thorough, including sending pictures via email of their work progress. The quality of work was exceptional, just like new. And they were able to also repair prior damage, out of pocket, at a much lower cost than if we had it fixed separately. Royal Automotive is operating at a much higher level than their competitors. I highly recommend their services.
