When I got my car back, there were scratches on the rear driver's side above the wheel. When I picked up my car, I was looking at it with my phone's flashlight since it was just before closing and dark. I was approached by Paul who heard my concerns and took a look at things. He buffed out what we could see. The scratches are in the clear coat but are still there. They are noticeable when the car is dirty. When a vehicle is getting fixed, you don't expect to get it back with new scratches.
