I had an excellent experience with RPM Collision & Service after my vehicle was involved in an accident. From the very beginning, they took care of everything and made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier for me. They handled the entire process, including arranging the transportation of my vehicle from the parking lot, coordinating with the insurance company, managing all the necessary details, and ultimately returning my vehicle to me in excellent condition. The quality of the repair and the level of service were outstanding from start to finish. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the management and to Mr. Ahadi, the manager. Their professionalism, kindness, communication, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. I always felt that my vehicle and my concerns were being taken seriously.
