I experienced top tier service at RPM Collision. Shervin was great, he explained everything in detail and set realistic expectations. The turnaround time was unheard of. I dropped my car off on Wednesday and picked it up on Saturday. I know exactly where to come if I ever need similar service again. Thank you!

The only positive was that job was completed according to original schedule. There finishing in the side of my doors is uneven and rough to the touch instead of being smooth. There was a second scratch that was not part of the original insurance estimate but instead of painting over it, I would have appreciated an out of picket estimate yo have it repaired correctly and not just painted over.
