With Mr. Barnett having 5 dealerships we have access to most Factory parts within a 24 hour time which will make your repair time much quicker, For those major repairs we have a large selection of rental and loaner vehicles so that you can continue about your normal routine while we address what repairs are needed. I asked to have the interior detailed due to coffee being spilt everywhere during the accident. Estimator did not factor that in. So when I went to pick up the car it was not ready due to interior not being cleaned. Had to leave the car for further approval and cleaning. Still not done.

The staff in the office were EXCELLENT, the lady in the front and takes the calls was super professional, Tony the service Mgr that gave me the estimate was super thorough and followed up on every communication.
