Tyler was very patient and considerate. I only wish that I was asked to bring in the car in and then see what parts were needed since my car was drivable . Then come back when the parts were in. Though I did enjoy the Highlander. Otherwise, everything was seamless . Thanks for an awesome experience! Merry Christmas to you all.

Hood did not align properly when car was deemed ready. 15 minutes attempt to improve.. somewhat. Gap at front of hood remained about 3/8 inch. Staff was friendly… despite the repair took 4+ weeks… when two weeks was estimated. Delay was stated to be that wrong parts were ordered twice. No updates were given by the team during the entire repair period. Plus passenger door window has clear coat spray on it … should be easy fix by Eck collision’s team to scrape it off. They made the process easy and quick. Only complaint is the inside of the vehicle was extremely dirty when I got it back, understandable considering the doors were removed and it was in the shop for a couple weeks but definitely needed a good wipe down.

The worst company I have ever used. You didn’t even repair my vehicle entirely until I showed up to pickup my vehicle. I had to point it out my windshield was still busted. It was clear as day. Furthermore, I told your company to never message or contact me again and I’m still receiving text messages. Seriously, worst customer service I have ever seen. You even fired the guy who was “helping me” with my truck.

They bumper was put back on and its angled up instead of straight headlight points up in the air they need to make sure its done right before giving it back
