Had the truck for almost 4 weeks and the only thing that was done to it was to check the transmission, fix the dents in the hood, replace center console, new key made and detail the inside. This should not have taken that long.

When my husband was told a specific time frame it would done, we didn't get a call for several days after saying it still wasn't ready because they ordered the wrong part and something else he "thought had already been done" had not been done. Was coming up on the holiday weekend and he told me he would call back but didn't. Husband had to call the next week and finally was finished 26 days AFTER it was dropped off.

The vehicle is not complete. The fact that I reeived this survey when vehicke is not complete. Futher increases my complete dis satisfaction. I am out $1300.00. I have paid you, get the vehicle done. It has been months, get the part in and fix my car.
