Bryce Gooch is awesome ! He answered all of my questions and made sure that I had updates on my 2012 XLE Camry. Annie is wonderful! She is cheerful and helpful. Annie has great customer service skills. Thank you to whomever did the body work repair and replacing of some parts. My " Greycee" looks great again. Merry Christmas to all of you !

Back hatch and bumper was damaged by air born parts and not repaired. Dust and fumes enter rear hatch both sides worse Than ever. Missing bolt/screws for plastic deflector. Roadway bumps cause sideways movement more like a boat.
