The service took 3 weeks - in that time the brakes became "glazed" due to siting in the rains for 3 weeks. Also within 24 hours of getting my vehicle back the tire pressure light came on - once Rusty Eck finally made time to look into this it had been a week since I had called with the issue and was then told that I had a faulty sensor. One that had never been faulty prior to Rusty Eck putting on new axles, struts wheels and tires. however I was quoted over $500 to correct these issues - that were not issues prior to bringing my car in for service. I will be telling my insurance about the AWFUL experience and encourage them to re-think having Rusty Eck as a preferred servce center for claims.

Would have been a ten - until you failed to mention that you might actually not be willing to fix the car. Which would also have been fine, if you had not had several in depth conversations about fixing it, in which I was assured that you could do it and had in fact just done a similar job.

The customer service was great, I appreciated all the update phone calls! The quality of the repair seems superb as well! I've had collision repair in the past on another vehicle and was disappointed with the results, my car was never the same. Not the case here. It looks better than it did before the wreck. Great job!
