pleaserefer to oyursocial media. the reuytation of rusty eck from what i have learnedso far leaves a lot to be desired. my experience is not asolitary one.

The car had to go back to rusty eck three times. the first time parts were not aligned properly .the car had white residue.the second time part of the gril lwas mssing ,it had sand paper left in the car ,one window owuld not open . the third time the bumpers were not fastened properly. the door sill was not properly installed and folded wehn the door closed .the door seals were installed backwards ,leading to a wooshng osund while driving and the car owuld leak in the rain. trim pieces in the inside were loose(amplifier cover).the repair tok longer than expected . dspite me askign for an email quopte numerous times when ichecked in thecar, i only obtained aquote when the car was almost done . and i ahd to drive down and demand the invoice.

despite me asking for a quote numerous times,and despite me insisting that i ge aquote based on the complete inspection and repair. i wastold that rusty eck opted to fix the body work, then inspect the rest of the car for damage. i still don't know if theremainder of thwe car, (electrical,mechanical isback to pre collision condition), the car kept going back to the shop because somerpocedures were overlooked .this led to delays and me incurring exctra rentalcosts. to their credit the did provide me with arentalcaratsomepoint ,but i had stillincurred unnecessary costs. the rentalprovided at first reekedofurine nad i was given the wrong car. thiswasremedied after the weekend.
