They did not thoroughly assess our vehicle before quoting the insurance, and in our 3 times the vehicle was in the shop for this repair it was never ready once when they told us it was ready to pick up.

Have had car back and need to take back for 3rd time. When got the car 2nd time it was dirty and they rinsed a black car. When I got it I started to dry it snd notice more hail damage. Pon and Scott have been great. But really I wish I did but have to bring my car back for the 3rd time

Everyone was so helpful in making sure I got a genuine Ford door for my car. Scott and Bryce didn't let refurbished doors that were delivered damaged pass their inspection. Scott also worked hard in making sure I got a rental car from Hertz without any out of pocket rental expenses. I will be back for any collision repair in the future if needed.
