As embarrassing as it is lol, we have had 3 incidents in the past 2 years that required body work. Each time we went to Ryan’s collision center in Groveland. Every time they were professional, friendly, upfront and just sincerely lovely people. They always get the job done quickly and correctly. We have always been very pleased when getting our car back. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a collision center that is honest, friendly, reliable, competent.

Service and communication were excellent, very professional. The updates on the vehicle were on a timely manner. Excellent customer service. The only thing I found it was 2 of the screws for the roof rack got stripped and one of them was halfway in, and there’s a bit of air coming thru some seal that I can hear the whistle it makes. And the one vent visor was not installed, but I talk to Mr. Wilson and I will pick it up on Monday. I just have to say that since the truck was getting painted there is a scratch on the other side not related to the incident, I asked if that can be touch up and I’ll pay it out of pocket, and even I followed up for it and it was offered for free “not necessary” I didn’t mind to pay for it, but it was not touch up.

I picked up the truck expecting the GMC emblem on the grille to be black and silver but it was all black. When I brought the truck in for service, I was shown an example of the GMC black and silver emblem which I approved for my truck. That is not what I picked up today.

This experience was great. I’ve only had to go through this once, and this was way better than the shop in Tallahassee that I visited.

The service was great, staff was super friendly, and they made what could have been a difficult situation an easy and enjoyable one. I am not sure of the guys name, but he recalibrated the front sensor. He was awesome and helpful. If I need mor body work Ryan’s would be my choice and recommendation.
