We showed up to check on the status of our truck and observed that the staff was using my truck to haul boxes. They were unloading boxes out of the back of my truck and some piece of a car out of my back seat! They dinged up the inside of my back passenger door, the two driver doors that were replaced were in worse shape on the inside than the doors we had before. The driver door rattles like there is glass inside and the driver mirror defrost was never reconnected. The RAM logo on the side was not put on yet and the new back door has a ding at the top. I was very upset and disappointed. I have dropped it back off against my better judgment to have it corrected per the insurance agents request.

As Far As Customer Service 10 Across The Board !! From The Moment I ,dropped my Car Off Customer Service & Support was Top Tier, My Daughter Was even allowed to help circle the damage which made her day❤️I did experience a problem with the paint which still has a “noticeable “circle ⭕️ on the front Driver Door which is why my overall rating is a 9 versus a 10, My Car looks as if it’s never been Wrecked.
